Nick Tahou’s Garbage Plate

Living in Rochester, New York, Nick Tahou’s is a legend! There is no wrong time of day to enjoy a garbage plate!

• 1 serving home fries
• 1 serving macaroni salad (slippery pasta, heavy mayo, small amount of carrots and celery)
• two hamburger patties with cheese
• Nick Tahou’s Meat Sauce
• ½ cup white onion, coarsely chopped
• mustard
• sliced French bread
• butter

1. Place the home fries and macaroni salad on the plate.
2. Arrange the two hamburger patties with cheese on top.
3. Pour meat sauce on top.
4. Place a small amount of the raw onions on top.
5. Squirt mustard liberally across the top.
6. Serve with a side of French bread and butter.
