Corned Beef Sous-Vide
This is a simple way to prepare store-bought corned beef.

- Packaged (store-bought) corned beef
- (Optional) If you’d like a less salty flavor, you can submerge the store-bought corned beef in a large bowl of water and place in the fridge for 24 hours.
- Pat the corned beef dry using paper towels.
- Add the spice packet to the fat side of the beef.
- Vacuum seal your beef and fully submerge in water bath. Cook at 175°F. for 18 hours.
- Broil the beef on both sides until brown.
- Use a sharp carving knife to slice thin layers of the corned beef.
