Bûche de Noël

French Vegetarian
- ½ cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Warm eggs to room temperature. Beat sugar, eggs, egg yolk and vanilla for 5 minutes.
- Add flour and butter.
- Cook 10-15 minutes at 330°F.
- Fill with corn starch pudding.
