Tzatziki Sauce

- 1½ cups Greek Yogurt
- ½ cup cucumber, grated and squeezed
- ⅓ cup fresh dill, finely chopped
- ⅓ cup fresh mint, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice or white vinegar
- salt, to taste
- Grate the cucumber and drain the water by squeezing it with the help of a muslin cloth. Set aside.
- In a clean bowl add the Greek yogurt, cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped dill, lemon juice and salt. Mix well.
