Soft Pretzels
Vegetarian
- 1 package of dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 cups flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Mix all ingredients well, except for egg.
- Break dough into sections and shape as you wish.
- Place on slightly greased cookie sheet. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse salt.
- Bake at 425°F for 12 to 15 minutes.
