Snap Pea & Cinnamon Cap Mushroom Stir-Fry

Cinnamon cap mushrooms stay crunchy when fried and provide a wonderful texture.

  1. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add mushrooms, sugar snap peas, bell pepper, and sliced onions and stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and stir-fry for another minute.
  4. Add soy sauce and stir-fry for another minute.
  5. Serve with the rice and additional soy sauce.
