Sesame Sautéed Spinach

- 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
- 16 ounce fresh baby spinach
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil to pan; swirl to coat.
- Add spinach to pan in batches, cooking each batch for 2 minutes or until just beginning to wilt before adding more.
- Stir in pepper.
- Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
