Peach Cobbler

Filling
- ½ cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1½ cups sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 ⨯ 14-ounce cans (or 2 quarts) peaches
Topping
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅔ cups flour
- 6 tablespoons butter
- Mix all filling ingredients except for fruit. Fold in fruit. Put in well-greased pan.
- Mix topping and cover. Bake at 375°F for 45 to 50 minutes.
