Mint Chutney

- 1½ cups mint leaves
- ¼ cup cilantro (stems on)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1½ teaspoons pre-minced ginger
- 1½ teaspoons sugar
- ½ jalapeno, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup yogurt
- Salt
- Add mint leaves, cilantro, lime juice, ginger, sugar, and jalapeno to a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Mix with yogurt and season with salt.
