Italian Egg Pie

  1. Sauté onion and pepper in oil.
  2. In large bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Add everything but pepperoni.
  3. Pour into greased 10-inch pie plate. Arrange pepperoni on top.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes, until mixture is no longer liquid in center.
