Ice Cream Pie

 Family Vegetarian

Crust

• ¼ cup peanut butter
• ¼ cup corn syrup
• 2 cups honey nut corn flakes
• 1 quart vanilla ice cream
• chocolate syrup
• salted nuts

1. Mix peanut butter, corn syrup and crushed cereal. Press into a 9-inch pie plate.
2. Soften ice cream and pour into pie shell.
3. Top with chocolate syrup and nuts.
