Guacamole

  1. In a bowl, mix onion, tomatoes, chili, bell pepper and cilantro. Cut avocados in half lengthwise, remove seed and scoop out flesh.
  2. Mash roughly with tomato mixture. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir in lemon juice. Transfer to a servicing bowl. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or vegetables.
