Filling

  1. NOTE: I believe that there is enough filling to fill two crusts.
  2. Prepare crust by mixing all ingredients and pressing them into a 9” pie plate. Bake for 5 minutes at 475°F.
  3. Beat cream cheese with a mixer until creamy. Add remaining ingredients and mix until fluffy. Bake at 350°F until firm (40-50 minutes). Cool before serving.
