Funnel Cake

Vegetarian

  1. Beat together egg, vanilla and milk; set aside.
  2. Mix together the dry ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
  3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg and milk mixture. Beat until smooth.
  4. Heat oil to 375°F.
  5. Pour batter into a funnel. Slowly allow batter to fall into the hot oil. Swirl batter in a circular motion to form a spiral form cake.
  6. Cook until golden brown.
  7. Sprinkle with confectioner’s sugar.
