Dill Pickle & Mustard Pizza

I came up with this recipe while searching for a low-calorie, flavorful pizza option.

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°. Depending on the crust, you may want to pre-crisp it before adding toppings.
  2. Stir together mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and Greek yogurt. Spread a thin layer over the crust.
  3. Sprinkle the mozzarella evenly over the top.
  4. Scatter sliced dill pickles across the pizza. Pat them dry first so the crust stays crisp.
  5. Return the pizza to the oven for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese melts and edges crisp.
  6. Top with fresh dill, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Slice and enjoy while hot.
