Chocolate Fudge

 Family Vegetarian

• 4 cups sugar
• 1 can evaporated milk
• 7 ounces marshmallow cream
• 1 stick butter
• 16 ounces chocolate chips

1. Combine sugar, milk, and butter.
2. Bring to a rolling boil and boil for 15 minutes.
3. Start softball testing at 13 minutes.
4. Remove from stove and add the remaining ingredients.
5. Pour into a greased 9 ⨯ 13-inch pan.

Tips

• Try with 6 oz of chocolate chips and ¾ cup of peanut butter.
• Try adding walnuts or pecans.
