  1. Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté garlic and add chicken. Add lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook until chicken is done and lightly browned.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken with remaining ingredients.
  3. Optionally, serve on a bed of romaine lettuce and top with the yogurt sauce below.

Yogurt Sauce

  1. Mix the ingredients and chill.
