Chicken Chaat

- 1 boneless chicken breast, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 2 – 3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1½ teaspoons dry coriander powder
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
- ¼ – ½ teaspoon red chili powder
- 1½ tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 – 5 cilantro leaves, chopped, to garnish
- salt, to taste
- Cut the chicken into 1-inch pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add garlic and salt. Fry until light brown.
- Add chicken pieces.
- Fry for 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add the masala powders.
- Stir for another 3-4 minutes.
- Cook until chicken is tender.
- Remove from heat.
- Add lemon juice.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
