Chicken Chaat

  1. Cut the chicken into 1-inch pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add garlic and salt. Fry until light brown.
  4. Add chicken pieces.
  5. Fry for 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. Add the masala powders.
  7. Stir for another 3-4 minutes.
  8. Cook until chicken is tender.
  9. Remove from heat.
  10. Add lemon juice.
  11. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  12. Serve hot.
