Cheese & Bologna Sandwich

When I was in the fifth grade, our teacher Mrs. Johnson wanted the class to create a class cookbook. We were each asked to bring in a favorite recipe from home. My best friend Jim forgot, so he quickly “forged” the following recipe. Enjoy!

• 2 slices bread
• 1 slice cheese
• 2 slices bologna
• mustard

1. Put mustard on bread. Add bologna and cheese.
2. Best served with Pepsi.
