Cheddar Cheese Fondue

  1. Warm beer to a low simmer, but do not boil.
  2. Place shredded cheese into a plastic bag and toss with flour until thoroughly coated.
  3. Slowly added cheese (approximately ⅔ cup at a time) and stir until dissolved. Repeat until all cheese has been added.
  4. Stir in seasoning and spices.
  5. Add milk or cream to adjust the consistency as needed.
  6. Serve with French bread cubes.
