Candy Kiss Cookies

  1. Soften butter to room temperature and add eggs and ½ C 10x sugar. Beat until light and fluffy.
  2. Blend in flour and nuts.
  3. Shape dough about the size of a walnut around each kiss.
  4. Bake at 325°F for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Carefully remove to shallow bowl of 10x sugar and roll while hot
  6. Cool, then roll in 10x sugar again.
