Baked Tomato Casserole

- 4 cups bread cubes
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups tomatoes, cubed and drained
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- Melt butter and pour over bread cubes in a baking dish.
- Boil tomatoes and brown sugar for 5 minutes. Pour over bread cubes
- Place the baking dish in a pan of hot water. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
