Baked Pineapple Casserole

Family Vegetarian
- 1½ cups sugar
- 4 cups bread
- ½ cup milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
- ½ cup butter
- 2 cups pineapple (fresh or canned crushed)
- (optional) ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- (optional) ¼ teaspoon cloves
- (optional) 1 teaspoon fresh tarragon, chopped
- Cream sugar and butter. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Place in casserole and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
