Artichoke and Green Bean Casserole

This recipe comes from my sister-in-law and it’s an instant hit at any potluck!

Favorite Family Comfort Vegetarian prep30 mins cook1 hr

  1. Cut artichoke hearts in half and line the bottom of a 9”x13” pan.
  2. Add just enough heavy cream to cover (slightly more than a ½ pint).
  3. Sprinkle with Romano cheese, mozzarella and pepper.
  4. Line with sliced mushrooms.
  5. Sprinkle with Romano cheese, mozzarella and pepper.
  6. Line with French-style green beans.
  7. Sprinkle with Romano cheese and mozzarella.
  8. Cover with breadcrumbs.
  9. Bake ½ hour at 350°F. Add fried onions on top and bake an additional ½ hour.
