Ingenium 2.5
In February 1995, I became the Lead Developer for a commercial software package called Ingenium. At the time, Ingenium was a Microsoft Access 2.0 database application that assisted companies in managing skills and training for their employees.
The first major release of the product under my direction was Ingenium 2.5. The major advancements to the product were mostly in the areas of performance and security.
