Aspen 1.0/1.1

In Aspen 1.0, our company acquired another company and we integrated their Learning Content Management System (LCMS) product into our Learning Management System (LMS) product. In this release, we rebranded the products as Aspen to signify our new suite of offerings.

During this release, I architected substantial enhancements to our Performance Management module. In Aspen 1.0, I introduce a Competency Assessment module that allows customers to conduct a “360 Competency Assessment” which allows managers, peers and subordinates to evaluate an employee’s proficiency.

There are four industry models for conducting Competency Assessments. Based on our research, all of the existing products in the market implement one of these models. Our product is the first to support all four Competency Assessment models.
