Immersive Reader Relay

The Immersive Reader service is available in many Microsoft applications and is also available for integration with 3rd-party products. As the 1st-party Microsoft products are transitioning to our new Cognitive Service, I created a “relay” between the current Office solution and the Cognitive Service solution.
