Immersive Reader Kubernetes Container

In this project, we ported the Immersive Reader to run in Linux Containers under Kubernetes. The most challenging part of this migration is that we needed to remove all dependencies on Windows and in some cases, port critical code to C#/.NET so it could run under Linux.
