Service Offering Training

In 2008, I was asked to help develop training for Microsoft Business Partners who wished to provide Enterprise Search and Enterprise Portal & Collaboration Service Offerings to their customers. This was a pilot project for offerings that would be provided in the future.

I was the lead subject-matter expert on the project and gathered content from many week’s worth of training materials in order to develop a two-day training program.

Once the content was developed, I deliver the first four training sessions in Redmond, Toronto, London and Sydney.
